This dramatic necklace features 6 strand of dark olive green serpentine beads with the touch of one melon shell bead, finished with sterling silver cones and an extender for adjusting the length. This striking color looks great on light colors for the summer, or with a turtleneck in the winter.
Lester Abeyta continues the ancient art of bead making for which the Santo Domingo Pueblo is known. The stones or shell are cut and drilled one by one, and then, with the use of a grinding machine, shaped into round beads.
